Evaluating the team effectiveness and transforming you as a lead manager, this program is an amalgam of various practical and technical aspects of people, performance and business.
This course entails effective training session in personal development, people management and workspace priorities.
The course will assist you to develop judgments in managing workplace relationships, budgets, finances and people performance. From operational plan management, effective workplace relationships, manage team effectiveness, managing financial budgets, implementing diversity in workplace and managing personal and professional work priorities.

To complete the BSB51915 – Diploma of Leadership and Management, you need to score well in twelve units(consists of 4 Core units below and 8 electives) of competence.
If you leave the program early, you will be given a Statement of Attainment for any units you have been assessed as competent in.

Newton College’s Diploma of Leadership and Management Course (BSB60215) is made available to the students via face-to-face sessions held in fully-equipped, contemporary classes. The training is a blend of theory and practical examinations, both conducted within the college premises. Each student who has enrolled for the course is expected to clear all the 8 units to conclude the training program.
